The Seafood Shop

Where do you find fresh fish in a land-locked state? The best place to go is the Seafood Shop. They offer fresh fish delivered daily from the dock. There are even restaurants here in Wichita, that only buy their fish from the Seafood Shop. (insider secret) 

We always buy the smoked salmon and make an appetizer recipe with smoked salmon and whipped creme cheese with an apple slice on a cracker. It's amazing, you also should try their dips - ready to go. They carry over 200 species of fish and shellfish, but if you want something special, they can order and have it to you within 48 hours. If you would like, they will cook your fish for you too.  

Want something ready to eat? They offer dinners to-go on Tuesday through Saturday, and lunch on Fridays. The fish tacos are superb.
