This weekend my wife and I joined another couple in Hades a.k.a. Sumo, a japenese grill. It was already 110 degrees outside, we were standing by the west entrance windows so it was a sauna. They said it was cooler in the back, so we were seated on high hopes. After sitting there for about 5 minutes we realized the conditioner was broken. The great thing about Sumo is a 500 degree grill that catches on fire sits directly in front of you. See photo below.
Overall, we had a great time. The food was excellent. We had scallops, sushi, unago (eel), and the spider maki, steak, shrimp, chicken and the obvious fried rice.
