Kitchen Staging: Before - After

It's crazy what a little paint, sprayed counter tops, and staging can do to a kitchen... which is one of the most important places that people look at in a home.

To get this home photo ready we needed to take down the floral wallpaper on the feature wall, touch up with paint and spray the counter tops a nice finish. The back splash we kept a nice ivory color so the kitchen looked very simple, bright and clean. Also a great contrast against the updated countertops.

After the transformation was finished the original homeowners liked it so much, they joked about keeping it the house.

This house had an offer on the first showing, which was within 24 hours of putting it on the market.
