Cocoa Dolce: Part Two

We are back for another close look at Wichita chocolatier, Cocoa Dolce

Check out all of her awesome specialty chocolates. They are like a bite of art.

Unreal... ganache stuffed figs, a new creation that everyone should try.
In the front of the store, they have all different kinds of handmade chocolate gifts to buy from coffee to wine infused chocolate boxes.
Need something cold? Try the gelato...
Owner, Beth Tully is a Wichita State University alum and has all sorts of fun WSU stuff in the shop. Like Wu on a stick!
 also Shockolate and Wu's Brew.
You can make your own amazing Mexican Chocolate at home! Just purchase these melting chocolate beads and whip it up in your own kitchen.
Peanut Butter Cremes... you have got to be kidding me...
Even better, chocolate dipped marshmallows...
and premium chocolate bars...
Classic Pecan Turtles...
Truffles, truffles, truffles...

They also have wine flights paired with the most perfect chocolates.
Like the mini Creme Brulee chocolate was paired with the Petite Syrah.

They also have beer flights and chocolate making classes you can attend.
Hard at work prepping chocolate for the weekend ahead.
They also have a unique way of marketing, a QR code was printed on a piece of chocolate offering a sweet special!
It was so fun stopping by Cocoa Dolce for the tour. We tasted chocolate, got a behind the scenes look, and are even more amazed by their talents. Follow Cocoa Dolce on their website, facebook, blog and twitter... where you can find all the up to date chocolate news.

I really enjoy your blog! I used to live in Wichita and visit frequently. I love learning about these new places to check out on my next trip back. I'm just waiting for a post about Tanya's Soup Kitchen. That place is my favorite!
